Our values
Because great terroirs are above all a heritage, we have a responsibility to protect them and pass them on intact.
Preserving today what we will pass on tomorrow is at the heart of our vision. For us, excellence is measured not only by the quality of our wines, but also by the respect we show for our environment and our terroir.
The estate has High Environmental Value certification, and for many years has been committed to responsible, integrated winegrowing. Every decision is guided by the desire to preserve the natural balance of the vineyard, to encourage biodiversity and to make sustainable use of the resources entrusted to us.
This commitment is reflected at every stage in the production of our wines, from vine training to bottling. It's a global and demanding approach that considers the vineyard as a living ecosystem, in order to preserve its authenticity and richness for future generations.

Our philosophy

The vines are grown using sustainable methods, with the aim of controlling yields and producing quality wine (less than 45 hl/ha).
Many of our vines are planted in the direction of the Autan wind to reduce the need for treatments and ensure the best possible health: our wine is the expression of a respected land.
These attentions, from the vine to the cellar, enable us to minimise the amount of sulphur in our wines (around 45 mg/L of total So2 in our reds).
In addition, our red wines are neither fined nor filtered until bottling in order to preserve all their flavour qualities... wines where hedonism goes hand in hand with the feeling of a job well done.
